住宅設計をご依頼の方へ 私共の設計はクライアントからの要望で始まります。
気候、風土、敷地の条件。そして予算等その形は様々です。それらをまとめ上げ、新しい建築のかたちを共に実現していきたいと考えております。設計の流れ1.ご相談 (無料)
メールまたは、お電話にてご相談ください。
ご要望、おおまかな予算などのヒアリングを行います。2.ご提案（3週間程度）
要望書を元に、プランのご提案をいたします。
提案書を元に、ご依頼頂くかどうかをご検討下さい。

3.基本設計（2ヶ月程度）
間取りや外観、仕上げのイメージを打合せの中で確認していきます。

4.設計･監理契約
基本設計図と概算の予算計画書にご納得いただいた上で、弊社と設計･監理業務の契約を締結させていただきます。

5.実施設計（4ヶ月程度）
詳細な図面（見積りと工事に必要な設計図書一式）を作成いたします。

6.見積・確認申請（2ヶ月程度）
2～3社程度の信頼のおける施工会社を選定し相見積を行います。
査定(適正な金額にするための調整作業)と減額変更にて予算調整を行い、工事金額確定後に管轄の行政に確認申請を提出します。

7.本工事（6ヶ月程度）
工事監理を週一回ペースで行います。
また、必要に応じて構造の専門家と共に検査を行います。

8.竣工検査・引渡し
クライアント立会のもと竣工検査、引渡しを行います。

※ 期間は規模や構造、難易度、行政手続きにより異なります。
※ 遠方の場合、ご相談により別途交通費の実費をご負担いただきます。

We will conduct hearings such as requests and rough budget.2. Suggestions (about 3 weeks)
We will propose plan based on the request form.
Based on the proposal, please consider whether to request.

3. Basic design (about 2 months)
We will check the layout of the layout, appearance, finish in a meeting.

4. Design and supervision contract
After having convinced the basic design drawing and the approximate budget planning document, we will conclude a contract of design and supervision work with our company.

5. Implemented design (about 4 months)
We will create detailed drawings (a set of design documents necessary for estimation and construction).

6.Quotation / confirmation application (about 2 months)
We select a construction company that can trust about 2 or 3 companies and make a quotation.
Adjust the budget by appraising (adjustment work to make appropriate amount) and reduction change, submit confirmation application to jurisdiction administration after establishing construction amount.

7. This work (about 6 months)
We will supervise construction work once a week at pace.
We will also conduct inspections with structural experts as necessary.

8. Completion inspection · delivery
We will carry out completion inspection and delivery under the client’s inauguration.

※ The period varies depending on the scale, structure, difficulty level, administrative procedure.
※ If you are far away, bear the cost of transportation expenses separately by consultation.
